Great but lost data ruins it

It was working wonderfully. It is easy to keep track when you see a calendar with check marks. But last week all of my check marks from when I first starting using it disappeared!!!! Please fix this!!! That was the whole point of this app - to be able to see at a glance how many days a month I checked off!!!!
